NTT DATA Services Looking for BPO Healthcare & Insurance – Customer Service Representative at Remote Full Time

Job Purpose:

Customer Care Representatives are dedicated to superior customer service and first call resolution when answering and directing incoming member and provider calls. They strive to simplify the complexity of the health care industry. Successful Customer Care Representatives keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities:

Providing front-line phone customer service to members/ policyholders, beneficiaries, and providers

Answers telephone calls from Members or Providers regarding healthcare policies, benefits, claims and eligibility

Ensuring customer satisfaction and strive to meet service standards.

Anticipates need with all customer inquiries, striving for first call resolution

Complete outbound calls to providers and members as needed

Meet Accuracy, Customer Service, Timely Turn-Around (ACT) by working efficiently and prioritizing tasks

Meets call monitoring quality standards

Applies proper phone usage and meets goals and basic standards for all AUX functions

Displays teamwork by being available to work various shifts and overtime when business needs require it.

Performs other duties as assigned or needed

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in Healthcare Insurance industry.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional/office related environment (i.e., office support, administrative, clerical, customer service) that required you to work regularly scheduled shifts.

• Minimum 1 year of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.

• High School Diploma or GED

• Designated quiet area to complete calls while working from home

Preferred Skills/Abilities

Knowledge of medical terminology.

Experience taking continuous inbound calls.

Team and goal oriented

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Able to demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.

Strong customer service attitude and professionalism.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Possess a high degree of integrity and discretion, as well as the ability to adhere to both company policies and best practices including HIPAA and HITRUST.

Hours:

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm Central Time. Potential shifts within that range: 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm, 10am to 7pm, or 11am to 8pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
