Vice President of Compliance

• Promotes a culture of compliance and ethics, ensures quality of product/ care and reduces risk of Government audits, fines, penalties and sanctions.

• Designs and implements programs, policies and practices to ensure that organization complies with HIPPA, fraud, waste, and abuse laws, and other applicable industry standards.

• Act as companies Privacy Officer

• Acts as a consultant, investigator, educator, coordinator, and liaison across departments and functions.

• Accountable for an open-ended portfolio of highly complex and sensitive projects and processes and will be involved with actual implementation of initiatives, oversight, support, monitoring to ensure successful implementation and sustainment.

• Interacts with executives and leaders, physicians and other clinicians, throughout the organization and provides leadership and oversight.

• Responsible for the promotion and awareness of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the Mission, Vision, and Values of company

• Leads or participates in the implementation of regulatory requirements through projects and assignments.

• Evaluates and identifies risks and supports corrective action plans across portfolio of products & service lines or geographies.

Pay: $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
