Precision Site Control, LLC Looking for Construction Survey CAD Technician at Remote Full Time

Looking for a self-motivated and highly organized CAD Tech that has 2+ years of experience in construction and civil surveying. Possibility of remote position once shown to work efficiently. At this time, we have (2) office locations where work can be performed during the evaluation period – Azle, Texas and Rockwall, Texas.

Required Experience:

• Two or more years of related work experience.

• Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D

• Ability to process survey field data, prepare survey drawings, research property information, prepare platting and mapping.

• Ability to perform ALTA/ACSM, Boundary, topographic, and Construction Survey’s.

• Makes independent decisions in planning, organizing, and completing technical assignments. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment but accepted technically as accurate and feasible. Work is assigned in terms of objectives and priorities, but informed guidance is available outside specific area of expertise.

• Must have strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Education:

• Associates in Computer Aided Drafting, Civil Engineering or land Surveying is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• The major objectives are the quality (accuracy, thoroughness, clarity) of work, meeting schedules and deadlines, within budgets, and responsive service to our clients.

• Supports Survey Team by managing data and systems ensuring business continuity.
• Responsible for downloading / uploading field data, technical production of maps and drawings using various software platforms and communicating with project team.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:

• This can be a full-time remote position once proven efficient. 8 hour work days, Monday through Friday. Prefer candidate who can work late afternoons / evenings so that Lead Survey Technician can review work for the following days’ scheduled work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
