You are:
A human-first enterprise transformation trailblazer. You know that the world is changing and that companies need to change too – connecting business and talent strategies at a global scale. You seek to understand client workforces and help them pivot and prepare their workforces for future work, roles, and skills to enable and sustain their objectives. You leverage AI and analytics to craft talent strategies and new skilling approaches that fit a client’s unique needs. In fact, your experience in the field makes you a leader that people look to for advice while your people and storytelling skills mean you have no problem helping clients understand their choices.
As a Manager, you have demonstrated experience at building c-suite conversations to leading our best teams to solve complex transformational challenges.
The work:
- Use data analytics to drive insights and design end to end Talent and Talent Acquisition Transformation Programs for Digital, Cloud, Enterprise Wide and Support Functions
- Lead engagements to design data collection and assessment approaches to identify future skills, gaps and resulting pathways for organizations and individuals
- Lead cross functional teams and alliance partners through experience led approaches to understand clients’ business goals, future workforce aspirations, and digital disruptors to co-create Talent and Talent Acquisition Transformation Roadmaps
- Work with c-suite clients to craft talent strategies that leverage insights that highlight future skills implications for the enterprise, business function and workforce
- Work with c-suite leaders to co-create learning and talent operating models and functions to achieve the benefits of digital capabilities
- Build strategic relationships with Ecosystem Alliance Partners using AI and leading technologies to enrich insights on client internal, contingent, and gig talent pools
- Create enterprise-wide, enduring, and personalized digital talent, talent acquisition and learning strategies
- Work with c-suite clients to design Transformational Change Strategies to support the implementation of the new Talent, Talent Acquisition and Learning Roadmap and initiatives
- Partner with Alliance Partners using AI and leading technologies to enrich insights on client internal, contingent, and gig talent pools
- Lead authentically and with a people-first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity. Mentor junior members of the team, providing them with experiences to continually learn and grow
- Organize and support business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, and client presentations
- Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, capability development, recruiting, and whitepapers
Travel:
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $177,500 – $213,500 and information on benefits offered is here.

- Prior Consulting experience or equivalent
- Experience developing talent strategies and transformational programs
- Experience working in cross functional teams composed of Strategy & Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing practices
- Experience using digital tools and platforms in analyzing skills to drive talent acquisition and talent development strategies
Bonus points if:
- Experience in other related areas such as Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, Employee Experience, Transformational Change Management, Culture Change, and/or Agile Organization Development
- Experience with implementing Digital Learning solutions (AR/VR/XR)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Proficiency with data visualization applications (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience using data management applications and/or languages (Altryx, Python, r)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
