Margaritaville Capitola is looking for bussers! We are a first-class casual restaurant located right on the water in Capitola Village that serves freshly prepared Mexican Seafood. We have been open for 7 years and take pride in operating a professional establishment that is dedicated to providing high quality service and food in a beautiful environment. Job Description:

Part-time, including weekends and holidays

Support the restaurant to ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive and friendly service at all times

Show a high level of awareness of both guests and employees

Ability to uphold company standards of service. This includes adhering to house policies, procedures, standards, and training programs

High level of guest interaction

Qualifications:

High level of people skills

Highly engaged with a strong ability to multi-task

Excellent communication skills with staff, management team, and guests

Able to work in a team environment

Fast-paced worker

Compensation: $15/hr + tips

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
