We are seeking a Junior Project Managerwith very strong computer skills and the ability to work with a team on a dynamic program.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains compliance with the contract terms for quality, schedule, and profitability.

• Manage multiple projects and work crews on various worksites.

• Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adherence to construction schedules.

• Thorough knowledge of contract documents required to properly plan construction sequencing, staffing, and subcontractor coordination.

• As needed, coordinates with associated trades for efficient workflow

• Equipment coordination

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years of experience.
– 5%-10% traveling required
-Knowledge of job site safety requirements.

– Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field is required

-Valid driver’s license.

-Clean driving record.
