About the Role: We are looking for a versatile Accountant to help us transform our accounting processes and systems as our business grows. We’re looking for someone like you if you have general ledger accounting experience, a passion for process improvement, an aptitude for systems and curiosity to solve new and interesting business problems. This role is a great fit for someone who wants experience across general ledger accounting, intercompany, treasury and tax. Accounting transformation is critical as we ensure accounting processes can scale with our business growth. This role will take on various accounting tasks and processes and work with our business partners. We want you to be a part of this exciting time at Blu Dot.

As an Accountant at Blu Dot, you will have the opportunity to:

• Learn Blu Dot technology and business practices
• Administer sales and use tax and income tax
• Work with teams across the organization to solve problems
• Build out treasury capabilities
• Work with our international team on intercompany transactions
• Partner with our auditors to provide audit evidence for our financial statement audit
• Apply your problem-solving skills to ensure efficiency and accuracy through process improvements
• Be resourceful in finding answers and solving problems for the team

Ideal Experience/Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related Accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Position is based out of Minneapolis, MN headquarters with a flexible working environment/schedule (no full-time remote work available)
