• Responsible for daily shipment sales to Zuellig and Brunei as per company sales and distributor inventory targets.
• Responsible for coordinating promotional/embellishment activities.
• Responsible for performing all other types of inventory transactions in SAP namely promo conversion, stock transfers, sundry issues, stock adjustments, and stock write-off.
• Responsible to scrutinize and approve all logistics services billings, transportation billing, promotion conversion billings and shipment billing, and all other supply-related billings.
• Responsible to coordinate with forwarder for shipment clearance at port and dislodgement of containers at a distributor warehouse. Responsible to split deliveries thereafter to respective distributors as required.
• Execute activities related to clearance of obsolete and excess stock together with marketing, sales, and trade marketing.
• Prepare projected distributor stockholding report at month-end to meet relevant distributor KPI.
• Provide necessary distributor inventory, in-market sales, and receipt transaction data at month-end for purpose of updating demand and supply plans.
• Perform integrity checks of inventory at distributor warehouse to ensure proper storage procedures have been adhered to.
• Executing a tracking file of all the inbound shipments expected for each month and ensuring the inbound process is completed before the month-end.

Requirements

• Degree qualifications in Supply Chain and Logistics related.
• Understanding of MS Office software and SAP knowledge.
• 2 years of inventory and logistics site support experience.
• Team player with a sense of urgency.
• Able to manage heavy workflow efficiently and well-organized.
