Experience:
12 months of Home Health experience is preferred.
3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.
