Responsibilities:
Criterion Systems is seeking a mission-focused Systems Engineer (all levels). to support and contribute to our government customer’s success in San Diego, CA. The individual in this position must be a motivated team player that strives for professional and technical excellence in Systems Engineering.
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creation and/or review of operational concepts.
- Creation of systems, software, component, subsystem requirements.
- Creation of external and internal interface definitions, and preliminary designs.
- Creation and/or review of algorithms.
- Creation of traceability matrix of higher level requirements to lowest level requirements.
- Participation in peer reviews.
- Creation of test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Execution of integration, verification and validation tests.
- Experience with decomposing/deriving requirements
- Experience with integration and test, and technical performance measurements
- Identifying technical risks.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical discipline.
- 0-10+ years experience depending on level.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- US Citizenship
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $145,000 – Depending on seniority, experience, and qualifications.
