The successful candidate will serve as an optimization resource for products used in various radiology and healthcare settings and will utilize critical thinking skills to help develop the right solutions and workflows for our customers. This position will work closely with customers pre and post implementation both independently and part of a team to ensure our customers are utilizing our solutions optimally. This position also includes delivering written content, webinars, training sessions, ensuring RamSoft strategies are developed and executed, and implementing an overall vision of how customer product optimization can meet company objectives. What will you do?*

Research, analyze, document, and manage high quality resolutions to complex technical, workflow and configuration issues related to RamSoft products and their supporting technologies in a fast-paced patient care focused environment to ensure timely response to customer inquiries, problem resolution, and reporting/escalation of unresolved product issues.

• Provide advanced support via telephone, email, chat to external and internal customers. Infrequent on-premises client visits may be required.
• Sufficient knowledge of radiology and IT operations, responsibilities, workflow processes, and procedures to resolve most inquiries independently.
• Establish and maintain high quality documentation to be included within public/private knowledge base systems, product and service manuals, and internal team procedures, optimization training, etc.
• Recognize trends and patterns in order to craft workflow and configuration optimization for customers based on their specific and unique requirements to help drive efficiency and product ownership
• Facilitate and lead customer conference calls when necessary to manage the resolution of critical customer account issues, optimization projects and corresponding optimization training.
• Act as cross-functional team representative, gathering and disseminating information to and from product development, implementation and support teams.
• Engage with and assist cross-functional teams during critical or urgent incidents that demand immediate attention and resolution to facilitate the patient care continuum
• Mentor internal teams as needed regarding best workflow, configuration and optimization practices with a focus on preserving clinical integrity.
• Structure your time effectively; balance competing priorities, complete work in a timely manner and meet established quality documentation expectations.
• Occasional travel (15 to 20%) anywhere within the United States and Canada to customer sites, industry trade shows, and company events
• Other related duties as assigned

What will you bring to RamSoft?*

Diploma/Degree in healthcare, IT, computer science, radiology or related degree or 5 plus years of related relevant experience

• Clinical experience as Radiographer, MR/CT Tech, etc.
• 5 years of experience in Healthcare with RIS/PACS/Enterprise VNA software expertise. PowerServer RIS/PACS experience is a bonus.
• High degree of communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adapt quickly when change occurs, prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
• Must be eligible to travel within Canada and the US
• Effective presentation and writing skills
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision
• Quick learner with desire to become a subject matter expert on RamSoft’s suite of products and partner products
