We’re looking for an Operations Manager – Total Rewards to join Procore’s Global Talent Operations Department. In this role, you’ll work closely with the leaders within the Total Rewards department to define, manage, & execute an annual roadmap of technical & cross-functional initiatives that drives value for Procore.
As an Operations Manager – Total Rewards, you’ll partner closely with the Talent Technology team, the Total Rewards team, and other centers of excellence within Procore to define business processes & build innovative digital products. Leveraging your experience in HR technology & process design, you’ll make work easier for the Global Talent Organization and Procore as a whole. If you enjoy solving complex problems and aligning stakeholders to a clear vision, this is the role for you!
What you’ll do:
Be a trusted partner to the Total Rewards organization by intimately understanding their programs & day-to-day operations
Manage the intake, prioritization process, & roadmap for key initiatives, alongside program leaders, for the Total Rewards department
Champion design sessions to create process maps and technical specifications to deliver end-to-end, closed processes
Lead testing for any new technology changes within the Total Rewards department to ensure the technical products align to the needs of the business and simplify the experience for Procore employees
Ensure knowledge resources are developed, process support is defined, & ongoing evaluation of each process is established
What we’re looking for:
5+ years in the HR Technology ecosystem
Extensive functional experience in designing & configuring Workday
A product mindset & experience leveraging Design Thinking
Experience in process design & process improvement
A passion for removing friction and simplifying experiences
Experience leading others through multiple, complex projects
