(This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days flex-remote)

The UHS Corporate Marketing Department is hiring a Lead – Digital Analytics to provide usage reporting, data analysis, and tagging of UHS’ web properties. This position also provides digital analytics project and account management for corporate, acute care and behavioral health clients, as well as ensuring client needs and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Creates and manages Google Tag Manager accounts for all data and advertising needs. Facilitates marketing agency requests, manages and updates standards, and protects data integrity and website performance. Integrations include, but are not limited to, traditional ad pixels, analytic platforms, call tracking, and click tracking methods for UX optimization teams
• Contributes to development of data visualization dashboards in Google Data Studio and Tableau that pull together disparate data from multiple data sources creating usable data for the marketing and leadership teams. Reviews for accuracy and leads report findings and recommendations for improvements to corporate marketing team members and end users. Creates executive level dashboards to be distributed to Corporate and facility leadership teams monthly. Pulls ad-hoc reporting when necessary. Monitors page performance metrics. Trains end users on how to use reports to measure business performance.
• Assigns and coordinates projects and monitors workflow, in partnership with the Digital Analytics Manager. Assists in on-going process improvement initiatives. Builds a thorough understanding of how data is organized, how users should be using and thinking about the data. Synthesizes and communicates implications of website usage data and provide recommendations, reports and guidance to improve user engagement and site conversion rates. Collaborates and guides internal resources and agency partners. Delivers a customer-centric client service and be a visible advocate for marketing success. Builds trust and support for data initiatives with internal (hospital) and external (agency) clients
• Assists in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of monthly executive level marketing ROI Tableau reports. Implements data integration projects as required that connects marketing analytics and patient data
• Assists in managing call tracking systems and advises campaign tracking processes for all marketing endeavors as requested

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 3 – 5 years’ experience in digital data management, including but not limited to: digital analytics, KPI development, and data visualization best practices.

• Proven experience with various analytics reporting deliverables, and visually adapting reports to end user needs and project constraints
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of structure, capabilities and usage of web standards relating to Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager best practices
• Experience developing reporting standards, integrations and reporting formats in order to efficiently serve multiple clients
• Individual certification in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager preferred
• Experience with big data tools like Big Query and Tableau Desktop preferred
• Experience with SQL, Python and other mainstream programming languages is a plus
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%
